Inside the Empire Hotel, Brunei. Mostly owned by the Sultans brother. The only building more extravagant than this would be the Sultan's Palace.

@Katalog stron: Not too sure, but it wasn't much from what I heard. About $180-200 a night, depending on the room I guess.
